Our client, a leader in innovative technology, is seeking a UX Researcher – Biomechanics and Human Factors to join their team. As a UX Researcher, you will be part of a dynamic research team supporting an AR/VR team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a passion for research, and the ability to collaborate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.
UX Researcher – Biomechanics and Human Factors

6 Month Contract
Pay Range: $60 per hour
What's the Job?

Design, plan, and conduct studies to explore how users interact with next-generation computing technologies.

Collect and analyze biomechanical and physiological test data to gain insights into user experiences.

Develop and execute scripts for analyzing and interpreting time-series data.

Set up and maintain research laboratory equipment and ensure a safe environment for participants.

Document, synthesize, and present research findings to stakeholders.
What's Needed?

Experience in human participant research and hands-on lab equipment management.

Proficiency in data analysis using programming languages such as Matlab, Python, or R.

Knowledge of kinematics, forces, and electromyography (EMG) data.

Understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanical analysis techniques.

Experience with sensors like motion capture systems, force plates, and accelerometers.
