About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join a high performing product team where you will take part in launching new products to market. You'll also further your knowledge about the entertainment business at large. As a very early member of the team, you will be up close and personal with all aspects of planning, launching, and scaling this business.

This is a position for a Content Operations Lead who has had accountability for the hands on receipt of video packages and handling them from ingest to on air and off again, and has a passion for the entertainment industry.

Day-to-Day:

Manage our video, audio and metadata workflow, spec and the content itself in the CMS Establish bi-directional delivery relationships and workflow with studios, servicing labs, and our internal teams Manage the daily receipt/delivery and conformance to schedules and specs of our distribution and licenesed packages within budget and deadlines Validate all assets against internal schedules and specifications Operate CMS and content curation tools managing the publishing of our content according to the programming calendar and schedule Collaborate closely with engineering teams, designers, internal stakeholders, and vendor partners, in an Agile manner, to implement functional, business, technical and process improvements Be the expert and go-to person for all questions, technically and functionally, related to your area of focus What You Bring to the Table:

3+ years digital asset management, publishing and/or distribution in the entertainment industry Demonstrated ability to prioritize, strategize, meet deadlines, make decisions, and change course of action quickly A sense of urgency. Respect for and understanding of the Wonder Project audience Self-sufficient with minimal oversight, but not afraid to ask questions History of generating positive, productive work environments Impeccable personal and business ethics No visa sponsorship required

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: $85,000 - $125,000

Equity participation in management option pool (Series A company)
