What This Internship is About:

• Assist in the integration of AI technologies (such as ChatGPT) into creative workflows and internal tools to improve efficiency and collaboration.
• Tackle real-world problems by automating or enhancing processes (e.g., creating workflows to automate tasks or improving existing systems using emerging technologies).
• Explore and experiment with new apps and platforms to integrate AI-driven solutions, while keeping an open mind to new tools and technologies as they emerge.
• Work alongside Creative, Account Services, and Digital teams to understand project needs and propose technical solutions that enhance the creative process.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, sharing ideas on how technology can be used to improve client activations, internal workflows, and creative campaigns.
• Help develop and test prototypes for interactive digital experiences, utilizing AI and other creative technologies like AR/VR, ensuring they meet creative and functional specifications.
• Test and debug new technologies and digital tools to ensure they work seamlessly with internal systems, providing suggestions for improvements.
• Create clear, concise documentation for processes, technical solutions, and automation workflows to ensure knowledge is shared across teams.
• Present findings and demonstrate how new systems, workflows, or technologies have improved productivity and creativity.
• Participate in mini-projects and lab experiments, contributing innovative solutions for automation, digital enhancements, and process improvements.
• Have the opportunity to explore AI integration use cases, helping build workflows that integrate AI into everyday tasks, such as parsing documents or streamlining communication.
• Potential for travel (as needed) 
• Administrative support 

What You’re All About:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Creative Technologies, Interactive Media, or a related field.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT and platforms such as Make.com, Zapier, or similar automation platforms.
• Comfortable reading tutorials, working with APIs and webhooks, and solving problems in code (without necessarily needing to be a deep coder).
• Basic experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Unity, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) or willingness to learn.
• A strong curiosity and passion for tinkering with technology and finding creative solutions.
• Ability to think outside the box and experiment with new technologies or systems to improve processes.
• Willingness to propose ideas and solutions that challenge the status quo.
• Experience in AR/VR development, working with APIs, or coding basic scripts is a bonus
• Interest or experience in automating workflows using AI or other tools.
• Overall strong communication, presentation, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate professionally, clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Keen attention to detail, accuracy and personal accountability
• Ability to handle a high-volume of work consisting of multiple projects and deadlines at one time (time management)
• Ability to problem-solve independently and in collaboration with others
• Strong work ethic and hunger to learn and "roll up your sleeves"
• Willingness to help with tasks
• Flexibility to work some evenings or weekends during event activations.
• A pleasant and positive attitude

Salary:
$15/h Enrolled in an Undergrad program, $16.50/h for completing an Undergrad program, but not starting a Graduate program and $18/h enrolled in or obtained Graduate degree
