Key Job Skills and Responsibilities:

• Resourceful with the ability to make smart decisions quickly
• Experience working across creative, digital, social, advertising and PR teams to coordinate timelines, updates and workflow
• Experience as direct client contact
• Effective, clear and timely communication across internal and client teams
• Developing or managing action plans, sharing recaps and meeting notes with account team
• Assisting account managers to deliver quality work on time, manage client requests, and strictly enforce brand guidelines
• Crafting clear and concise creative briefs to guide internal teams in delivering impactful work
• Reviewing creative and content for accuracy of execution
• Become an expert on your clients and their industries
• Works well under pressure and taking constructive feedback

Minimum Requirements:

• College graduate with minimum of 2 years of related agency experience. No entry level candidates please.
• A passion for communications
• Creative eye and enjoys working with a team to bring ideas to life
• Excellent grammar, strong writing, communication and proof-reading skills
• Experience running and managing influencer campaigns is a strong bonus
• Bilingual is a bonus (English/Spanish) but not required
• Professional demeanor; sound judgment; attention to detail
• Business common sense, time management skills, critical thinking skills
