Job Description
Job Purpose
The UI/UX Designer II at the company is responsible for enhancing consumer-facing digital experiences by creating user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes for websites and applications. This role involves collaborating with product managers and development teams, conducting user research, and implementing design systems to optimize user interactions and conversion rates. Key responsibilities include developing holistic design systems in Figma, designing visual languages aligned with the company's brand guidelines, and conducting routine A/B tests to identify high-performing website features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes for websites and applications to enhance digital experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver user-centered designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
- Develop and maintain holistic design systems using tools like Figma, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.
- Create visually appealing designs that align with the company’s branding and design guidelines.
- Conduct A/B testing to identify high-performing website features and improve user engagement.
- Analyze user behavior, feedback, and metrics to iterate and optimize designs.
- Stay updated on UX/UI trends and best practices to bring innovative ideas to projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in consumer-facing digital platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and user-centric design principles.
- Experience with usability testing and analytics tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
