We are a small Manufacturing Company in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, USA, looking for a vibrant, self-motivated, and creative in-house Web Developer.

Key duties include:

1. Checking our websites regularly and ensuring that they are functioning correctly and look as they should
2. Participate in putting together our social media campaigns
3. Set up, monitor, and continually improve our e-commerce websites
4. Oversee the budget for all website and marketing spending

Must have prior experience with:

1. Creation and implementation of content on WordPress Elementor websites
2. Setting up e-commerce sites, including the integration of sales tax and shipping cost functions
3. Editing website pages and creating new website pages
4. Create new web forms
5. Test and troubleshoot new and existing web forms
6. Mobile optimization and conversion of websites
7. SEO best practices, including keeping track of and implementing items such as keywords, meta descriptions, titles, H-1 and H-2, etc.
8. Working with outside companies that manage SEO and PPC efforts

Required Experience and Skills:

1. 5 years of experience in most of the above
2. Work at our office (This is not a remote position)
3. Provide references of past employers and/or customers
4. Able to take directions from SEO partners, Sales & Tech team
5. Communicate with our partners and work as part of a team
6. Must be detail oriented

This is a 24 to 32 hour position, depending on capabilities and work flow.
