The Opportunity
Join Adobe Studio, our in-house creative agency that develops everything from award-winning advertising and marketing campaigns to inspiring feature films, documentaries, and scroll-stopping social media content.

What You'll Do
- Oversee a diverse team of creative professionals, fostering a positive and inclusive environment of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Develop strategies to elevate the team’s creative output while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Establish team priorities, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure on-time and high-quality projects.
- Maintain product expertise and ability to create new original assets and guide agency partners in doing the same.
- Act as the primary liaison to external agencies and contractors, establish deliverable expectations, provide actionable feedback, and evaluate agency performance.
- Safeguard brand identity by ensuring creative outputs align with brand guidelines and have a cohesive look and feel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business units, Campaign, and cross-functional marketing teams.
- Influence creative direction by interpreting creative briefs and setting innovative objectives while advocating for creative excellence and ensuring the team’s work drives measurable business results.
- Guide the creative process for an individual brand or product. Set the concept, theme, or artistic direction for campaigns, products, or brand initiatives. Ensure all creative elements align with the brand’s goals and audience.
- Develop high-level ideas for creative projects that resonate with the brand and target audience.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, technological advancements, and design innovations to ensure the brand’s creative work feels relevant and engaging.
- Provide guidance and constructive feedback to individual contributors. Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, establish performance metrics, and deliver consistent coaching. Identify skill gaps and offer tailored training opportunities. Foster a culture of recognition and appreciation.
- To build a pipeline of future creative leaders, manage direct reports by setting objectives, monitoring progress, and offering mentorship and career growth opportunities.
What You Need to Succeed
- 8+ years' experience in related roles, with 1–2 years in a lead or management position in a creative field.
- Expertise in leading creative projects and initiatives from concept through execution across disciplines (web, print, interactive, etc.).
- Experience playing a significant role in the development and delivery of new technology or major innovations.
- Ability to solve problems and propose effective solutions.
- Ability to explain design rationale to a broad audience.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment, anticipate issues, and think big-picture.
- A positive, results-oriented outlook.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $100,900 -- $223,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
