As our CAD Designer, you will be able to create the best approach to project objectives. You will research current technology and help figure out the need for potential upgrades. You'll gain expertise in advanced CAD 3 software and surveying technologies. Work with a stable company where you can work on diverse projects, from residential developments to large-scale infrastructure projects, keeping the job exciting and dynamic.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Generate grading design in Autodesk Civil 3D.
- Analyze sketches, notes, and other input material to determine and plan the best approach to developing and completing drawings.
- Execute project drawings using Autodesk Civil 3D to produce legible and technically correct drawings cost-efficiently.
- Revise existing drawings from verbal explanations and revise complex drawings from sketches.
SUCCESS FACTORS:
- 4+ years' experience designing civil/site land development/designer and commercial, residential, or municipal engineering projects, including AutoCAD Civil 3D experience; licensure is a plus.
- Attention to detail and the ability to perform under deadline.
- Proficient in creating 3D surfaces.
- Possess an outgoing and positive attitude.
- Dependable with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Meet deadlines and provide high-quality work.
- Multi-task while maintaining a high level of flexibility and meeting deadlines.
Stoeppelwerth & Associates will reward your computer-aided design talents with a compensation plan that includes a base salary of $100,000-$120,000 plus a bonus plan.
