Job Title: Director of Music
Location: Richfield, WI
Schedule: Part-Time, 2 Days Per Week
Compensation: $400/Week

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Music to lead and coordinate the music program for our organization. This role involves selecting, rehearsing, and directing music for services and special events, fostering an engaging and inspiring worship environment through music.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead music for weekly services and special events.
• Rehearse and direct vocal and/or instrumental ensembles.
• Collaborate with leadership to select appropriate music that aligns with the organization’s vision and mission.
• Recruit, mentor, and coordinate volunteer musicians and choir members.
• Maintain and organize music resources and equipment.
• Stay current with trends and techniques in music direction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in music directing (church or community settings preferred).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in vocal and/or instrumental performance.
• Ability to work collaboratively and inspire others through music.
• Availability for two days per week, including service and rehearsal times.
