THE GIG:
We're looking for a confident, persuasive and goal-driven individual who is ready to CHANGE LIVES through the dance class membership experience with our ATX community. You will be:

1. Driving lead volume, first class reservation, and membership sales initiatives
2. Hiring, onboarding, coaching and developing Membership Sales staff
3. Managing Class Operations and Membership Sales at 4-5 classes a week (Sales experience is a must!)

HOURS, COMPENSATION, LOCATION:

Compensation is $20 per hour + sales commission, and goal-based monthly bonuses. The role is approximately 15-20 hours a week, hours are negotiable, with 50% of time to be done in studio. You will also receive a free dance membership with DivaDance Austin.

It is ideal for you to have a tablet or laptop for this role.
