The project involves creating and executing content strategies for digital products aimed at enhancing user experience. The role requires working within a multi-disciplinary team to develop user-centered content solutions that align with business goals and user needs.
Content Strategist - Expert - Responsibilities
- Apply content strategy principles to projects to create quality user experiences.
- Architect user experiences in collaboration with designers and product partners.
- Produce high-quality UX content and solve content design problems.
- Lead content reviews and influence stakeholders through content design decisions.
- Create solutions with a cross-functional Agile team considering digital, physical, and service channels.
- Lead content direction and decisions across projects within XD disciplines.
- Build relationships by setting expectations on process and deliverables.
Content Strategist - Expert - Mandatory Skills
- 10+ years of content design focused on digital products or equivalent.
- Experience with user-centered design processes, including user research and developing user flows.
- Experience in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team within an Agile development methodology.
- Strong self-management skills and ability to manage project schedules.
- Experience running design sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Effective relationship building and ability to partner cross-functionally.
- Excellent communication skills.
Content Strategist - Expert - Nice-to-Have Skills
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, FigJam, and Writer.
- Experience with writing for accessibility and creating content specifications.
- Comfort in a project-oriented work environment.
