Position Summary:
Rugiet is seeking an inspired and dynamic Creative Director who is a visionary and hands-on leader. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes brand strategy, creative direction, and innovative storytelling.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Art Direction Organize and plan photo and video shoots for branded imagery; ensure photo assets are on brand and enhance brand messaging
Ensure branding execution across social channels, the site, and other marketing collateral is consistent and adheres to brand guidelines
Source and ensure branded video content for cross-channel use, such as advertising, social media, and site usage
Work with the design team to make sure all image treatments are consistent and adhere to brand
Align graphic and photo assets with the identified brand voice
Brand Messaging and Creative Direction Compile brand voice guidelines into documentation and ensure all marketing copy follows delineated guidelines
Ensure copywriting across all channels is brand-compliant and conveys the identified brand message
Provide content outlines and direction for website pages, social media campaigns, and other marketing initiatives
Thought Leadership and Collaboration Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and branded digital assets
Work with the design team to ensure brand messaging and presentation is cohesive and consistent across all channels
Manage relationships with external partners and agencies to ensure all creative and content needs are addressed
Qualifications :
Proven experience (5+ years) in brand management, creative direction, or a related field, preferably within the health, wellness, or lifestyle sectors.
A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to build and scale brands through innovative and effective creative strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
A deep understanding of consumer psychology and market dynamics, focusing on the health and wellness market.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the healthcare or consumer goods industry
