About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Creative Director to lead the evolution of its creative capabilities, with a focus on driving transformative growth for clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the creative scope beyond traditional user interface design to encompass elevated brand and experience creative and art direction. This role requires a senior professional with a minimum of 15 years' experience in creative strategy, brand strategy, experience design, marketing, or digital media/advertising, and a strong educational background in relevant design or communication fields. The Executive Creative Director will work closely with business development, strategy, and research teams to evaluate and enhance client brand resonance and differentiation, and will be instrumental in translating consumer and cultural insights into innovative brand and experience concepts. Key responsibilities for the Executive Creative Director include providing high-level creative direction to guide the design of brand experience assets, mentoring and inspiring multidisciplinary design teams, and representing the company in thought leadership and market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving human-centric design innovation, supporting both sales and delivery teams, and a deep understanding of the creative strategy process across various mediums. A passion for storytelling, the ability to lead in a multidisciplinary environment, and a strong comfort with design, content, and collaboration tools are essential. Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, AR/VR, and Web 3 is preferred, as is the ability to drive productivity in the face of ambiguity and to communicate empathetically with collaborators.
