Studio Coordinator (Full-Time) THE ROLE OF A COREPOWER YOGA STUDIO COORDINATOR As a Studio Coordinator (SC), you support the world-class CorePower Yoga studio experience including coordinating studio operations and holding the studio to the highest health and safety standards. In alignment with our Core Values, you work alongside the Studio Manager to deliver results and sustained growth towards all current company and studio-level goals. Responsibilities: Act as an ambassador of the CorePower Yoga core values at all times and consistently inspire these values in others. Support the Studio Manager in achieving company and studio level goals, including membership growth, retail sales, community outreach, teacher and SET recruitment, and programming enrollment. Commit to 32-40 hours in-studio per week of operations coordination and teaching (if certified). Serve as the studio-level point of contact for students and staff if/when Studio Manager is not present. Support maintaining an appropriate level of studio supply inventory. Engage and know your studio community consistently; greet students by name. Support our teachers' learning experience of working the POS and other pre/post class duties. Health, Safety and Cleanliness Protocol: Uphold high standards for the studio and ensure that the physical studio space meets the high CPY standards of cleanliness and functionality. Support communication around Smart Health Protocol to students upon entry and throughout their visit. Act as an extension of the Studio Experience Team (SET). Lead Orientation for new Studio Experience Team members and train them on cleanliness protocol and role expectations. Coordinate Studio Systems: Act as a liaison between the Studio Manager and the teaching and SET teams in training, communicating, and coordinating studio operational systems. Support training and usage for teaching and SET teams on various applications. Teaching Schedule: Support the studio class schedule by teaching a minimum of 6 classes per week of branded CorePower Yoga classes. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Must demonstrate CorePower Yoga Core Values. Excellent oral communication skills, professionalism, and exceptional interpersonal skills are required. Experience in Customer Service required. Completion of a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour program is preferred. Yoga Sculpt teacher training is preferred. Familiarity with studio systems such as HRIS, intranet, point of sale systems, etc. Ability to build relationships with individuals with diverse personalities. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize while working under multiple deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. THE FINE PRINT Availability must match the needs of the business. Must be able to move around the studio space and lift up to 25 lbs. If certified to teach, must be able to step in to teach class with little to no notice.
