Position Snapshot
The UX Designer is pivotal in crafting seamless, user-friendly, and visually compelling experiences across our digital products. You will immerse yourself in understanding business objectives and user needs to deliver impactful solutions. Key responsibilities include defining user journeys that accommodate a broad range of requirements, complex scenarios, creating detailed wireframes, and ensuring an intuitive and consistent user experience across all platforms. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to bring designs from concept to implementation. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented outside the box thinker who thrives in a collaborative work environment. This position reports to the Director of User Experience.
Core Responsibilities
Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions
Develop products that handle complex variables and accommodate various user types and requirements
Design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and user stories
Create high-fidelity visual designs and specifications
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a design system to ensure consistency across products
Create document design guidelines, interaction patterns, and best practices for the team
Ensure the final design is implemented accurately by working closely with the development team during the handoff process
Review development builds and provide feedback to ensure design integrity and usability
Monitor and analyze user feedback to continually improve the user experience
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Experience and Skills Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UX design for systems and applications
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong portfolio demonstrating experience designing intuitive and engaging interfaces for systems and applications
Experience conducting user research and testing
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with agile development methodologies
Experience designing for a range of digital platforms (e.g., mobile, tablet, desktop).
Experience in Revenue Cycle Management platforms and Homecare-related technology a plus
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) required
Education and Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

$90,000-$130,000 depending on experience
