The ideal candidate is an experienced, self-directed product marketing and program manager who is data-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity. In this role, you will develop and execute mechanisms and processes that allow tech, product, and marketing to scale quickly and deliver cross-category discovery. You will leverage experimentation and performance data to inform your approach, creating best practices and playbooks to drive quick adoption and progress. As a leader in the team, you will be expected to influence across the organization, partnering with our Events Marketing, Product, and Tech teams to support and influence the onsite CX roadmap. This role provides a great opportunity to make an outsized impact collaborating closely with talented marketing, business, and tech leaders to unlock cross-category discovery. Key Job Responsibilities

Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates on the state of initiatives and goals assigned Aptitude for organization, flexibility, and producing results in a fast-paced environment Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key workstreams and track progress and milestones Manage stakeholder team communication and track progress towards joint goals Establish marketing operations best practices to drive growth through successful planning, execution, and optimization Responsible for communicating status and results to stakeholders and leadership BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables) Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
