Overview This position is hybrid in Atlanta, Georgia and sits within our Product Development division, which develops, tests, and improves our software solutions in an innovative and collaborative environment.

The Opportunity The Senior Software Engineer enhances our front-end web applications using a combination of next-generation web technologies JavaScript and standard engineering practices. They are responsible for working with the client application teams, quality assurance team, and architect team to ensure the delivery of high quality, high value product features. Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing Development of large-scale enterprise cloud platforms that service multiple client applications Performance analysis and memory utilization Build reusable code and libraries using efficient, testable coding practices Logically identify and resolve issues using root cause analysis Provide development support in debugging and resolving defects as assigned, in support of assigned development projects and/or testing efforts Provide estimates of level of work effort and time for completion Ensure coding standards are adhered to by other team members Ensure proper branching and code review processes take place in team code repository Participate in scrum ceremonies Provide technological guidance to peers Fundamental understanding of software design and delivery This job description in no way implies that the duties listed here are the only ones that team members can be required to perform. What You Bring to the Team BS degree in Computer Sciences, programming or a related discipline or demonstrable equivalent experience 5+ years relevant experience developing and analyzing web applications using technologies including JavaScript, CSS, SASS or other CSS preprocessor, HTML, REST, and AJAX, ASP.Net etc. 5+ years professional experience developing and analyzing cloud infrastructures and back-end systems using Microsoft technologies including C#. Experience in client-side MVVM JavaScript frameworks like React, Redux, Angular and or similar Familiarity with open-source packages and license types Expert understanding of Object-Oriented Programming Principles, Data Structures, and Algorithms Experience using Unit testing tools such as NUnit and Test-Driven Development (TDD) Expert understanding of Agile processes and workflow Capable of analyzing issues in existing code and providing root cause analysis as well as remedy options Capable of leading team members in delivering entire features Capable of providing product insight to better understand feature feasibility and required implementation effort Capable of mentoring engineers Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task efficiently Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems, make decisions, and recommend solutions Physical Demands and Work Environment: The physical activities of this position include frequent sitting, telephone communication, working on a computer for extended periods of time. Visual acuity is required to perform activities close to the eyes. This position is fully remote with only occasional travel to the office for team meetings and events. Team members are expected to have an established workspace. Ability to work remotely in Atlanta.
