Lead the sales effort by setting aggressive targets and developing plans to achieve them. Business Development:

Drive business development initiatives to generate new leads, close deals, and expand our customer base. Client Relationships:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Team Building:

Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team. Sales Processes:

Implement effective sales processes and best practices to ensure the team's success. Marketing Leadership:

Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Collaboration:

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with product offerings and capabilities. Performance Management:

Establish KPIs to measure and report on the effectiveness of the sales and marketing initiatives. Executive Updates:

Provide regular updates to the executive team on progress toward growth objectives. Requirements:

Proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably within the technology sector. Demonstrated ability to drive significant revenue growth and achieve aggressive sales targets. Experience building and managing high-performing sales and marketing teams.
