We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager In this role, you’ll focus on crafting clear, practitioner-oriented messaging and positioning for data engineers and technical users. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Developer Relations teams and manage strategic projects involving customer advocacy and analyst relations. Your ability to understand the technical nuances of data integration and manage complex initiatives will be key to your success. What You'll Do
Develop product messaging and positioning that resonates with data engineers, architects, and practitioners focusing on Airbyte Open Source. Create practitioner-focused content, such as technical guides, use cases, product briefs, and demo scripts, highlighting Airbyte’s capabilities and differentiators. Manage strategic projects related to customer advocacy, including identifying key success stories and coordinating case studies that showcase Airbyte’s impact. Coordinate analyst relations to ensure analysts understand Airbyte’s technical value proposition and market differentiation. Support go-to-market initiatives by coordinating product launches across tiers and empowering Sales, Marketing, and Developer Relations teams for our Open Source product. Gather and synthesize feedback from customers and the technical community to inform product development and marketing strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to ensure messaging aligns with technical features and roadmap. What You'll Need
2+ years of product marketing and 5+ years of professional experience in related roles, ideally in data management or developer-focused tools. Solid understanding of practitioner-focused personas, preferably data engineers/integration developers. Project management skills to handle strategic initiatives with analysts, customers, and internal stakeholders. Strong writing and communication skills to translate technical details into clear, impactful messaging for technical audiences. Experience in customer advocacy or working with case studies and success stories is a plus. Ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. A passion for data integration and open-source technologies. Compensation For this job:
$117,000 - $140,000
