Job Summary Harvard Business School’s MBA Admissions seeks a Marketing Coordinator to support its efforts in attracting a diverse and talented pool of candidates to the MBA Program. The MBA Admissions Marketing team oversees the prospective student journey from recruitment through enrollment. The Coordinator will focus on college pipeline initiatives and general outreach/marketing efforts. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to HBS’s mission of cultivating future business leaders while engaging with diverse audiences and executing impactful marketing strategies. Position Description

College Pipeline and 2+2 Program:

Support the Assistant Director, Pipeline Programs in executing strategies and activities to engage and attract college students to HBS. Pipeline Program Development and Coordination:

Assist in the planning, execution, and logistical management of virtual and in-person events designed to connect with and inspire college students. 2+2 Outreach:

Support the planning and execution of events aimed at promoting the 2+2 Program. Digital Marketing and Content Creation:

Collaborate with the digital marketing team to implement email campaigns and develop tailored content for college students. Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Collect data, track metrics, and prepare updates on the effectiveness of events and initiatives. Event Representation:

Represent HBS MBA Admissions at virtual and in-person events to promote graduate business education. College Audience Expertise:

Build and share expertise on the college audience to inform strategies and support outreach efforts. MBA Outreach:

Collaborate with the Outreach team to engage and attract a diverse applicant pool for the MBA Program. Segment Coordination:

Provide logistical and administrative support for outreach targeting specific applicant segments. General Event Support:

Assist in the execution of general outreach programs. Additional Marketing Activities:

Provide on-campus customer service and administrative support for Admissions events. Basic Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. 5 years of experience in admissions and/or marketing work. Education beyond high school may count toward experience. Microsoft Office and Zoom experience is a must. Additional Qualifications and Skills

Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with sound judgment and attention to detail. Additional Information

This is a 40-hour/week, overtime-eligible position. This position is approved as a term appointment with an end date of 12/31/2025. There is a possibility of renewal. This is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of 3 days onsite per week. A cover letter is required to be considered for this opportunity.
