Amazon Ads is looking for a results-oriented Associate Account Manager who is passionate about learning and creative problem solving. This full-time role is ideal for an early career candidate who is interested in launching a career at the intersection of advertising and analytics, has a history of achieving ambitious goals, and is an analytical problem solver.

Key job responsibilities:

  1. Take a consultative approach to optimizing customer’s advertising campaigns through the use of data and Amazon insights.
  2. Perform in-depth data analysis to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
  3. Evaluate KPIs and optimize campaign performance using a data-driven approach.
  4. Educate advertisers on performance metrics, insights, and how to achieve greater results on Amazon.
  5. Work cross-functionally with sales and other Amazon partners to drive incremental revenue and increase advertiser satisfaction.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  1. 2+ years relevant experience in a client-facing role including but not limited to digital marketing, analytics, etc.
  2. Experience in Omni-channel marketing, display, over-the-top (OTT), or search marketing.
  3. Adept at solving problems that span business and technology.
  4. Influence process improvement that scales broadly; inventing and simplifying within existing processes.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  1. 3-5 years work experience in Advertising with experience owning media buying/planning across digital advertising, eCommerce, and/or linear broadcast/streaming TV focused roles.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering, or Business.
  3. Excellent organizational, relationship-building, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
  4. Programmatic strategy and implementation experience.
  5. Proven track record of delivering results (including revenue targets) and significantly contributing to advertiser revenue growth.
  6. Experience in Digital and/or Streaming TV Advertising.
  7. Media sales planning experience.
  8. Upfront planning experience.
