Description
AdvancedPCB, formally known as APCT Inc., is seeking an ideal candidate who will be responsible for applying dry film photoresist on printed circuit boards, ensuring high-quality production while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Essential Job Functions:
- Operate and maintain dry film application equipment, including lamination and exposure systems.
- Prepare and mix dry film materials according to specifications.
- Monitor the application process for consistency and quality control.
- Conduct inspections to ensure that film adhesion and exposure are within required tolerances.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions or process issues.
- Maintain accurate records of production runs, material usage, and any quality issues.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes and quality.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications, Education, and Experience:
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English as needed for the position.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Able to read and interpret blueprints.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
- Previous experience in PCB manufacturing, specifically with dry film processes.
- Familiarity with photoresist materials and PCB fabrication processes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for 8-12 hours.
- Ability to consistently lift 50 pounds.
