Overview

We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our creative team at Loops. This role requires a highly organized and imaginative individual who can produce engaging visuals across various platforms while maintaining brand consistency. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering high-quality assets that drive engagement and performance. They will report to the Brand Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Assets: Design visually compelling in-feed posts, stories, highlights, and other platform-specific graphics.
  • Website Assets: Create optimized graphics for online use, ensuring a cohesive brand identity across digital platforms.
  • Paid Media Assets: Develop creative visuals for advertising campaigns, including banners and performance-based content to meet KPIs.
  • Campaign & Content Support: Manage, organize, and deliver creative assets to align with campaign objectives and schedules.
  • Email Design: Design email templates and visual assets for weekly campaigns and automated marketing flows.
  • Deck Support: Build, enhance, and refine presentations, including creating mockups and polished visual elements.
  • Product Packaging: Design and finalize product packaging that reflects brand identity and product strategy.
  • Animation & Video: Create animations, motion graphics, and video edits to elevate storytelling across digital platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing or e-commerce environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign).
  • Experience with animation and motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of current design trends and best practices across digital platforms.
  • Preferred Skills
  • Experience designing for e-commerce, fashion, or beauty brands.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
  • Understanding of performance marketing and A/B testing for digital assets.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
