Digital Marketing Manager
A multi-specialty law firm in Metairie, LA, seeks an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to lead the firm’s marketing department. This role is responsible for implementing and managing HubSpot, developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives, and managing and supervising the Marketing Department. The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate with firm leadership to align marketing efforts with business objectives, enhance the firm’s digital presence, and ensure consistent branding across all platforms.
What we need you to do:
- HubSpot Implementation and Management
- Lead the implementation and configuration of HubSpot for customer relationship management (CRM), marketing automation, and performance tracking.
- Develop workflows, email templates, and segmentation strategies to optimize HubSpot’s capabilities.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within HubSpot and other marketing systems.
- Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Collaborate with firm leadership to define and execute marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Identify growth opportunities, target audiences, and campaign objectives.
- Set measurable key performance indicators (KPIs) and oversee reporting on marketing performance.
- Provide strategic guidance and insights on marketing goals and initiatives to drive innovation in marketing initiatives.
- Team Leadership and Supervision
- Manage the marketing department, including supervising and mentoring the Marketing Coordinator.
- Delegate tasks, provide guidance, and ensure the consistent execution of marketing activities.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
- Digital Campaign Management
- Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including email, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), and paid digital advertising.
- Oversee content development for the firm’s website and other digital channels, ensuring alignment with branding and messaging guidelines.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure high engagement and return on investment (ROI).
- Analytics and Performance Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance using HubSpot and other tools, providing regular reports to leadership.
- Leverage data insights to refine and optimize future marketing strategies.
- Monitor website performance and user engagement to ensure effective lead generation.
- Brand Development and Management
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator to create content highlighting the firm’s expertise and values.
- Manage public relations efforts, including press releases, awards, and recognitions.
- Event Coordination
- Oversee planning and execution of client events, seminars, webinars, and networking opportunities.
- Ensure all event marketing efforts are aligned with the firm’s strategic goals.
- Budget and Vendor Management
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective execution of initiatives.
- Coordinate with external vendors for web development, advertising, and design as needed.
- Industry Awareness
- Stay informed about trends in digital marketing and the legal industry.
- Propose innovative strategies to maintain the firm’s competitive edge and market presence.
You must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- A minimum of three years of experience in a digital marketing role is required; experience in a law firm or professional services environment is preferred.
- Experience with marketing automation software (preferably HubSpot) and general aptitude with cloud-based software applications (Google Suite, Microsoft Teams).
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Willingness to earn certifications in marketing automation concepts and apply those concepts to work.
- Experience in CRM systems and tools for content creation, social media, and SEO is preferred.
