About the Role
As a Digital Media Producer, you will be the creative force behind our digital content strategy. Your mission? To produce insightful, actionable, and relatable content that speaks directly to mid-market business leaders, helping them understand how our Measured in Millions (MiM) framework can transform their businesses. You’ll manage the end-to-end content creation process, diving into everything from data-driven insights to case studies that highlight real-world successes.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Distribution
- Produce videos, carousel posts, infographics, and case studies tailored for LinkedIn, YouTube, and websites.
- Take charge of the entire content production process, from concept and scripting to filming, editing, and publishing.
- Collaborate with freelancers when specialized tasks, like advanced editing, are needed.
- Develop promotional materials for webinars and workshops that resonate with business leaders.
- Assist with live webinar production, ensuring a professional and polished experience.
- Repurpose webinar content into evergreen assets like short clips, highlight reels, and recap posts.
Platform Management & Reporting
- Manage The Vx Group’s LinkedIn, YouTube, and website content, ensuring it stays fresh and engaging.
- Track content performance metrics and refine strategies based on data.
- Use audience feedback to keep content relevant, actionable, and valuable.
Trust-Building & Relationship Development
- Craft content that speaks to mid-market business leaders, focusing on education and actionable insights.
- Leverage storytelling to showcase client success stories and demonstrate The Vx Group’s expertise.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5+ years in digital media or content creation, preferably in B2B marketing.
- Expertise in video production, graphic design, and copywriting.
- Proven ability to create thought-leadership content for platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Experience producing webinars, explainer videos, and other client-facing educational materials.
- Strong interest in business, entrepreneurship, and real-world growth strategies.
