Overview
The SEO Senior Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting and executing SEO strategies to drive organic search performance for clients. Reporting to the SEO Manager, this role will involve a mix of advanced technical SEO, on-page optimization, reporting, and strategic analysis. The Senior SEO Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategies align with client business objectives and contribute to SEO success.
The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, deep SEO knowledge, and the ability to independently manage tasks and deliverables while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct technical audits and provide actionable recommendations to improve website performance and organic search rankings (e.g., sitemaps, robots.txt, redirects, HTTP headers).
- Optimize metadata, internal linking, content, and keyword usage to align with client goals and SEO best practices.
- Analyze keyword rankings, traffic, and conversion data to create monthly SEO reports, providing actionable insights to improve performance.
- Identify opportunities for organic growth, including new keywords, content gaps, and link-building initiatives.
- Collaborate with the SEO Manager and team to design and implement strategies that drive measurable client results.
- Stay up to date with SEO industry changes, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging tools to inform team and client strategies.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of SEO-specific work experience, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment.
- Hands-on experience with on-page optimization, technical SEO, and performance analysis.
- Familiarity with HTML, XML, JavaScript, and CSS as it pertains to SEO.
- Experience using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms (e.g., BrightEdge, Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Strong ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency with Excel and other data visualization tools for reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client presentations and internal collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Compensation Range: $59,850 - $90,620 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
