Our client is seeking a UX/UI Designer to drive the user experience and design of Benefits Administration solutions that improve customer journeys and business outcomes at scale. This role requires a human-centered, intuitive approach to design that enables members to take full advantage of their health plan benefits while aligning with organizational goals.
You Will:
- Engage with internal stakeholders to understand priorities, success criteria, and objectives related to health plan engagement.
- Analyze member needs and define user types and journey maps to guide design efforts.
- Create intuitive and efficient user interfaces that empower members to understand and engage with their health plan benefits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to align design objectives with platform capabilities.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user interface specifications to support product development.
- Lead user testing sessions, ensuring designs meet accessibility and usability standards.
- Advocate for user-centered design practices and ensure consistent application of design principles across projects.
- Drive projects from concept to execution, managing deadlines and resource allocation effectively.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in user experience design, particularly in highly regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, or insurance.
- A proven track record of designing intuitive and scalable user interfaces for complex, configurable product experiences.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive, solution-driven mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- A bachelor’s degree in HCI, Product Design, UX, or a related field is required.
- Portfolios are required with resumes to demonstrate relevant experience.
- Start Date/Duration: Starting ASAP through 2025. Possibility to extend.
- Hours/Week: 40 Hours/Week
- Onsite/Offsite: Remote working roughly ET or CT hours (*Must be based in the US)
