Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team and help shape the digital experiences of our users. In this role, you'll not only advocate for our customers but also immerse yourself in our products and the manufacturing process. You’ll be responsible for both designing and creating interactive mockups and transforming complex challenges into intuitive, user-friendly designs. Your portfolio will be a key factor in demonstrating your expertise and fit for this role. Please ensure you upload your portfolio when submitting your application.
Location: Ability to be remote; however, preference will be given to those located in or willing to relocate to Reno, NV where our engineering team is based. This allows for closer collaboration and integration with our local operations.

What you’ll do:
- Act as a customer advocate, ensuring the digital experience aligns with user needs and expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to conceptualize and design UI/UX solutions
- Conduct usability tests and gain an in-depth understanding of our products and customers
- Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups using tools like Figma and Framer
- Stay informed about industry trends and continuously improve our user experience strategies
Requirements
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Framer, and other wireframing and mockup software
- Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UI/UX design work
- Deep understanding of customer behavior, fabrication, and manufacturing processes
- Ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive, user-friendly designs
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Self-driven with a commitment to understanding our product, our customers, and the nuances of the industry
