Job Description: As a User Experience Associate, you will work closely with our UX/UI designers, product managers, and developers to create user-centered designs. You will be responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and testing designs to ensure they meet user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct user research and gather insights through interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
4. Analyze user feedback and data to iterate on designs and improve user experience.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in UX design or a related role.
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
4. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work.
