What you'll do:

As the Vice President of Product Design, you will play a pivotal role in defining the future of our trading platform and services. You will lead a talented, multidisciplinary design organization that spans Product Design, UX Research, and UX Writing.

In this role you will:

Visionary leadership

• Set a forward-thinking design vision that aligns with NinjaTrader’s mission.
• Advocate for design excellence at all levels of the organization.

Team building & culture

• Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier talent.
• Foster a culture of curiosity and continuous learning.

Strategic collaboration

• Partner with Executive Leadership to inform business strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver cohesive, user-centered experiences.

Operational excellence

• Establish scalable processes and design systems.
• Lead the integration of design thinking into product development cycles.

User-centric execution

• Stay close to customers by participating in user research.
• Solve complex interaction problems with scalable design solutions.

What you'll need:

• 7+ years in design leadership roles.
• Proven ability to lead design in complex, regulated industries.
• Deep expertise in creating intuitive workflows.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience building and scaling design systems.
• Familiarity with the trading or fintech industry.

Compensation:

The annual salary for this role is $225,000 - 275,000 USD, with an annual target bonus of up to 20%.
