Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and creative Interior Design Manager to oversee and lead design projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and leadership skills to ensure high-quality project execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all phases of interior design projects, including planning, conceptualization, budgeting, and execution.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, goals, and budget constraints.

  • Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and project proposals.

  • Oversee the selection of furniture, materials, colors, and finishes that align with project goals and client preferences.

  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project implementation.

  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful completion.

  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design integrity is maintained.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovations to bring fresh ideas to projects.

  • Lead and mentor a team of interior designers and assistants, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in interior design, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and furnishings.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • A keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

  • Professional certification (NCIDQ) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in commercial and residential design projects.

  • Knowledge of sustainable design practices.

  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Understanding of budgeting and financial management related to design projects.
