Insight Global is looking for a Designer, Footwear Graphics, who is an exceptional Product Design Storyteller with proven design excellence, curiosity, problem-solving tenacity, and a passion for making those around them better. This role requires a dedicated teammate who knows how to collaborate and translate sophisticated insights into authentic narratives while driving design solutions that elevate the future of the brand. This person will help drive graphic strategy and vision while collaborating with multiple teams of designers, developers, and product managers to deliver creative work. This opportunity will require strong collaborative skills to meet deadlines, ensure the feasibility of designs, and articulate the thinking behind your work to partners.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience within graphics design
- Footwear product experience
- Prior experience with materialization as it applies to trim and footwear materials
- Ability to draw
- High degree of proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Digital design acumen in Adobe CC and competency in 3D design
- Strong understanding of the competitive streetwear and luxury footwear landscape
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, brand identity, and design
principles
