Job Title: Marketing assistant/analyst II

Location: Shoreview, MN (HYBRID; attendance required on-site 1-2 days)

Duration: 07 Months On W2 Contract

Base Pay Range: $22.19/yr - $24.27/yr

Summary:

• Research market conditions in local, regional, or national areas to determine potential sales of a product or service.
• Responsible for gathering information on competitors and methods of marketing and distribution. Typically has a bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience with media communication and reporting.

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.
• Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and other professionals.
• Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data.
• Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution.
• Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• 2-4 years of Marketing background.
• Candidates who have experience using Salesforce, Power BI, and Oracle are encouraged to apply.
• Great written and oral communication skills.
• Team player.
• Great organization skills/ability to multi-task.
