About the Role
Are you eager to develop your marketing career in a supportive, fast-paced environment while making a positive impact in the community? We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to play a pivotal role for two law firms— Ashcraft & Gerel and George Sink Injury Lawyers. In this position, you’ll help keep our marketing strategies on track, manage relationships with content and TV production vendors, and gain hands-on experience in various facets of legal marketing. You’ll work closely on-site in Charleston with the Director of Marketing and other team members, gaining valuable professional growth opportunities along the way.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support & Organization
- Schedule meetings, handle correspondence, and manage marketing calendars to keep initiatives on track.
- Organize files and maintain databases related to marketing leads, partners, and community contacts.
- Collaboration & Coordination
- Facilitate smooth communication between the Director of Marketing, internal teams, and external vendors.
- Oversee project progress, send reminders for upcoming deadlines, and ensure final deliverables meet expectations.
- Vendor Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for content creation and TV production vendors, coordinating timelines and deliverables.
- Review basic details of vendor submissions to maintain alignment with brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Social Media Assistance
- Help schedule and post approved content on social media platforms (primarily Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram).
- Monitor engagement and gather feedback to continuously enhance our online presence.

Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration (or related) is a plus, especially with relevant experience.
- Experience
- Previous experience in a law firm or legal environment is preferred (but not required).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and coordinating vendor relationships is beneficial.
- Skills & Attributes
