As the Marketing Coordinator, you'll be responsible for supporting the marketing department & providing administrative assistance. Works under close/direct supervision.
Responsibilities
What you'll do:
- Support the marketing department with research and project-specific tasks
- Create and manage marketing materials for distribution
- Day-to-day coordination of street marketing campaigns
Outline of Specific Functions:
Marketing
- Create and maintain marketing tools such as one-sheets, decks, sizzles, physical marketing, promotional tools, OMKs
- Create and maintain internal marketing docs for album and EP releases (key dates)
- Submit various forms as needed, such as art requests
- Research potential campaign ideas for staff members seeking information from or news about entertainment industry trends.
- Day-to-day management of street marketing campaigns, which includes writing and sending promotional activities to support releases, planning campaigns, managing prizing, and compiling reports for managers
- Coordinate social contests including getting items to/from artists, winner outreach, and prize fulfillment
- Attend industry events including festivals where necessary
Digital
- Update and maintain the Fearless website, including new releases, FAQs, and contact pages
- Manage artists’ GIPHY channels, including drafting GIFs for approval and release
- Pick, circulate for approval, and submit TikTok timestamps for all track releases
- Wrap and maintain DSP and playlist links in found.ee to collect link analytics
Administrative
- Assist with managing the President’s calendars, including scheduling and circulating information for meetings
- Direct the Fearless intern program including scouting, assigning projects, and mentorship
- Manage weekly internal communications, including writing copy for news update emails
- Coordinate all FedEx/USPS projects such as mail promo items for key contacts
- Assist with other projects as needed from President and Marketing Staff
- Label ticket buys for LA, Nashville, and NY (plus radio holds)
- Manage the invoices/payment of the record label’s P-Card.
Qualifications
What you'll need:
- This is a position for a passionate and driven individual, eager to contribute to the team
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Relevant internship experience in marketing and public relations, record label, artist management or related entertainment field
- Great communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
- Strong understanding of the current landscape of the music industry
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- General agreement and acceptance of the Company’s core values
- Experience with In Design, Canva, Photoshop a plus
Salary Range: $50,000 - 60,000
*This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days minimum on-site.
