Job Description:

This role supports our NA Advanced Wound Dressings business and is based in Minneapolis, MN, in a hybrid role.

Company Profile: Coloplast is a Danish multinational company that develops, manufactures, and markets medical devices related to ostomy, continence, interventional urology, voice and respiratory care, and advanced wound care.

Team Dynamics: The successful candidate will join a small team of approximately 10 high caliber marketing professionals that enjoy working and collaborating together from our Minneapolis office.

Job Function Summary: This position will take ownership for developing and implementing Marketing programs for selected products in our portfolio. The main job functions include:

  1. Become a brand champion for our brands and products, including positioning and messaging.
  2. Develop an annual Marketing plan by recommending meaningful programs to support our commercial priorities.
  3. Design, develop, and launch innovative marketing initiatives to generate interest and awareness for our products.
  4. Take ownership of our marketing toolbox (online and print).
  5. Critical review of product portfolio, make strategic recommendations, and manage discontinuations and launches.
  6. Establish close working relationships across our commercial team and healthcare professionals.
  7. Provide support for national RFI/RFP contract opportunities.
  8. Assist in developing and delivering training programs and sales tools to support the sales force.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant field of study.
  2. 3+ Years successful experience in Marketing with direct responsibility for managing a product portfolio.
  3. Experience working with a direct field sales team.
  4. Must demonstrate excellent writing skills.
  5. Core skills to include strong communication, project management, and presentation skills.
  6. Proven ability to lead, manage, and prioritize multiple cross-functional projects.
  7. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis (includes 10-20% travel).
