We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives, support sales and business development, and drive brand growth through strategic planning, content creation, and CRM management.

What YOU will do:

• Sales & BD Support: Provide ongoing support, including lead management, RFPs, mapping requests, and research using tools like ZoomInfo and Salesforce.
• Content Creation: Develop social media posts, blogs, ads, SEO content, and email campaigns.
• Social Media Management: Schedule posts, monitor engagement, grow audiences, and manage comments.
• Event Coordination: Prepare for tradeshows, webinars, and company events.
• Strategy & Reporting: Track analytics, create reports, and collaborate on monthly marketing strategies.
• Advertising & PR: Update recruitment ads, design banners, and identify public relations opportunities.
• Website & SEO Updates: Maintain site content and implement SEO improvements.
• New Hire Onboarding: Assist with onboarding for marketing and BD teams.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media, and CRM management (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
