Marketing Manager Job at Southwest Homes in Prescott Valley

Are you a self-motivated, skilled communicator in the Construction or Real Estate field, with a passion for marketing?

Southwest Homes is seeking a talented, driven, and ambitious Marketing Manager to join our team! In this role, you must be comfortable with multi-tasking, managing all marketing areas for the company, directing contractors, and managing campaigns that speak to our audience. You’ll develop and execute integrated marketing strategies, be involved in engaging marketing events, and collaborate with the Operations and Sales teams to ensure that promotions and campaigns are highlighted.

The Marketing Manager will support daily administrative tasks, run marketing campaigns, manage social media platforms, and analyze marketing data. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for creativity, organization, and learning new skills.

Duties include but are not limited to:

1. Knowledge in the Home Construction or Real Estate field and how to target those clients
2. Ability to work independently and take the initiative on projects
3. Work within the time limits given for assigned projects
4. Undertake daily administrative tasks
5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure tasks are correct and on time
6. Conduct market research and analyze reports
7. Attend trade shows, company events, and promotional events, both traditional and digital campaigns
8. Execute marketing strategy
9. Create and send out mass mailers
10. Create reports on marketing data
11. Strong knowledge in technology and platforms (social media, online apps, etc.)
12. Compose and post on Southwest Homes website

Position is full-time, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. Office is in Prescott Valley.

Wages: $60,000/annual

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
