Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Marketing Manager

Salary: $47,500 - $52,500 per year

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team in executing effective campaigns, managing daily operations, and driving brand growth. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills and a passion for marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Support:
   
   • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional platforms.
   • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
   • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics.
2. Market Research:
   
   • Conduct competitor analysis and audience research to identify trends and opportunities.
   • Assist in gathering customer feedback and analyzing market data to support strategy development.
3. Event Coordination:
   
   • Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and webinars.
   • Prepare event materials, coordinate logistics, and manage post-event follow-up.
4. Administrative Tasks:
   
   • Maintain marketing calendars, track budgets, and update databases.
   • Coordinate team meetings and manage communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
2. Analytical Skills: Familiarity with Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools is a plus.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
4. Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
