Role: Digital Media Manager

Hybrid/On-site/Remote: Hybrid/On-site Mon-Thursday
Salary: Up to $70k DOE

Clutch is looking for a Digital Media Manager for an agency client of ours.
Responsibilities:
• Campaign Management:
o Proficiently set up and manage paid digital media campaigns across various channels (video, mobile, display, social, gaming, retail media, programmatic).
o Ensure accurate campaign setup by managing campaign assets, trafficking, and tagging.
o Oversee the integrated media campaign process, including timeline management and presentation development.
• Campaign Optimization & Performance:
o Manage and optimize digital media campaigns to achieve performance goals and KPIs.
o Monitor ad verification and ad server data, conducting in-depth analysis to draw insightful conclusions.
o Develop and deliver client-facing campaign performance reports, providing actionable insights.
• Data & Analytics:
o Leverage digital analytics tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Datorama) to analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
o Develop and maintain strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
• Experience:
o 5+ years of experience in digital media planning and buying, with a strong preference for agency experience.
• Skills:
o Proficiency in media buying/planning and digital analytics tools.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Excellent communication and presentation skills.
o Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
o Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

• Education:
o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Bonus:
o Experience in the Kids, Moms, and Families market.
o Experience with competitive and behavioral research.
o Experience with cross-screen buying processes.
