Key Responsibilities:Classroom Helper: Assist the instructor in leading fun, safe classes where every child feels supported.Project Prep: Set up and organize supplies, ensuring all materials are ready before class and cleanup goes smoothly afterward.Kid Support: Provide encouragement and guidance to kids as they work on projects, helping them stay engaged and have a blast.Studio Tidying: Help keep the studio organized, ensuring materials are stored neatly and everythings in order.Inventory Assistant: Track supplies and alert the team when items need restocking.Customer Interaction: Greet and interact with students and parents, contributing to a warm, welcoming studio experience.Qualifications:Experience: Previous experience with children is a plus but not required.Skills: A love for creativity, good organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.Characteristics: Friendly, patient, and team-oriented, with a willingness to pitch in and adapt.
