As part of the creative team, you'll combine technical expertise with aesthetic vision to create a website that not only looks exceptional but also delivers seamless, intuitive user journeys. Create visually stunning and intuitive website designs Develop responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms Craft user interfaces that balance aesthetic appeal with functional design Implement accessibility best practices to meet current AA standards Translate page requirements and brand guidelines into cohesive design solutions Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes Collaborate with cross-functional partners from Brand, Development, Web, Demand Generation, Corporate Events, and Product Marketing Integrate our brand system and ensure design consistency across digital platforms Iterate designs based on user feedback and performance metrics What You Bring To The Table 3+ years of professional web design experience A proven ability to translate web and brand requirements into functional, well-designed web components and page templates Expertise in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills Understanding of web accessibility standards Experience with design systems Advanced knowledge of responsive design principles Strong communication skills to explain your choices and get buy-in from stakeholders Ability to work in agile development environments An appetite for continual growth and development The desire to collaborate in a fast-paced startup environment Base Compensation Range: $100,000 - $169,000 *Our compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions or bonus plans.
