Our client, a leading international freight forwarder & customs broker is seeking a Customs Brokerage Entry Writer to process data/documents for both ocean & air import shipments. This position is based in Houston, Texas, and offers a competitive salary and generous benefits.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience with customs brokerage
• Experience using CargoWise is highly desirable.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Active collaboration with colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors.

Responsibilities:

• Process data/documents for import air & ocean shipments.
• Coordinate with vendors and carriers to provide timely and exemplary service to clients and partners.
• Handle and maintain accuracy of all related documents, monitor the status of shipments, and keep clients informed.
• Proactively handle any challenges that arise in the day-to-day operations, promoting positive results.
