Working with some of the world’s leading brands, we're assembling a world-class global team across London, Lisbon and New York - and we're looking for our next Field Marketing Specialist! About the Role
As a field marketing specialist, you’ll be a critical member of the marketing team, supporting our allbound strategy with a strong focus on events, partnerships, and co-marketing activations. You’ll lead event planning and execution, nurture partner relationships and ensure our campaigns are effectively reaching and resonating with our target audiences. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has a knack for creative campaign execution, and excels at collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive measurable results. We are looking for someone who can deliver and create memorable experiences that are outside the norm of B2B. We'd ideally like the successful candidate to be based near our New York office, but we are happy to look at candidates who can work US east coast hours. Key Responsibilities include: Event Planning and Activation
: Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person events, ensuring seamless onsite activation that reflects our brand and engages attendees. Execute Reachdesk's presence at market and industry events, from negotiating contracts and logistics to live representation. Identify and secure high-impact speakers, attendees, and influencers to elevate the quality and reach of events. Brand Representation
: Act as the face of Reachdesk at external events in the US, building relationships and driving awareness at key industry shows. Partner Collaboration
: Work closely with our existing ecosystem of agency, vendor and tech partners to identify joint opportunities, crafting initiatives that mutually benefit our businesses. This includes but is not limited to owned and sponsored events, creating playbooks, and marketing materials. Sales support
: Foster alignment and collaboration with our Business Development, Sales and AM teams to generate pipeline and accelerate deals from partner, event and campaign activities. Campaign Support
: Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing both online and offline co-marketing campaigns, enhancing our ability to engage target audiences across multiple channels. Technology and Tool Expertise
: Use tools like 6Sense, Crossbeam, Gong, HubSpot, and Salesforce to track, report and optimize event performance. Familiarity with Reachdesk and Champify is a plus! Raise the bar:
Stay informed on the latest B2B and social marketing trends to bring fresh ideas and approaches to events and campaigns. About You
The successful candidate will have: 2+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, partnerships, or a related role. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and should be familiar with Asana or similar PM tools. Demonstrate how you have been able to activate events and convert pipeline from them. Proven ability to plan and execute successful events that align with broader marketing goals. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrate how you use data and analytics to make informed decisions Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable engaging with partners, customers, and internal teams. Familiarity with marketing and CRM tools (6Sense, HubSpot, Salesforce) and a willingness to learn new technologies. Enthusiastic about creating impactful campaigns that drive meaningful connections.
