Senior Designer/Job Captain
to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of industry experience and be on the path to licensure. Familiarity with all or almost all project phases and fluency in Revit are a must. Those who have a passion for learning and are eager to take their career to their next step are encouraged to apply! Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with project teams on the design and development of architectural projects from concept through to completion. Participate in all project phases, including schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration. Utilize Revit for project design, documentation, and coordination. Conduct research on materials, building systems, and industry best practices to support project design and development. Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant guidelines. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience. Fluency in Revit is essential; additional experience with other design software is a plus. Actively pursuing licensure.
