We are on the hunt for a dynamic, innovative, and experienced Web Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is for those who are passionate about digital marketing, brand strategy, and have a knack for lead generation. If you have an eye for aesthetics and a mind for numbers, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
1. Developing and implementing our digital marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with our overall business goals.
2. Managing all online marketing channels including social media, Google Ads, and our company website to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
3. Conducting comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
4. Overseeing our eCommerce platform, optimizing user experience, and driving online sales.
5. Collaborating with the graphic design team to create compelling visuals for our digital platforms, including web design, photography, and videography.
6. Managing our retail channels and consumer stores, ensuring they reflect our brand strategy and meet our customers' needs.
7. Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
8. Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
9. Utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
2. Proven experience in managing Google Ads, Social Media platforms, and lead generation strategies.
3. Strong knowledge of eCommerce, retail channels, and consumer stores.
4. Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
5. Experience in web design, photography, and videography.
6. Exceptional understanding of digital marketing concepts, and best practices.
7. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
8. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
9. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
