Our client is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join their innovative team and contribute to designing cutting-edge, enterprise-class applications. They are looking for a talented individual who not only excels in visual and interaction design but also thrives in technical and product discussions, enhancing the user experience at every level.
Key Responsibilities: Design and improve the UX for a range of enterprise applications, focusing on delivering intuitive and user-centered solutions. Collaborate closely with Engineers and Product Managers to define requirements and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to gather insights and iterate on design solutions. Utilize proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Sketch to develop detailed wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Maintain and evolve a cohesive visual and interaction design language across the product suite. Present design ideas and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders. Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. At least 4 years of experience in UX design. Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Sketch. A portfolio showcasing the UX design process and comprehensive skills. Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrable experience as a T-shaped designer with the ability to engage in technical discussions with engineers and product discussions with product managers. Experience in designing robust and scalable enterprise-class applications. A passion for problem-solving within the AI and ML spaces, with a keen interest or background in AI products and Cloud UX. Transferable skills and experiences that contribute to user experience design and implementation. Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive hourly rate between $34.25 and $38.06, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
