About the role
The Design Coordinator is responsible for supporting the design team in the development and execution of creative concepts, ensuring smooth communication and organization throughout the design process. This role involves managing timelines, coordinating between design, production, and other departments, organizing samples and materials, and overseeing the preparation of design documentation, such as tech packs and presentations. The Design Coordinator helps maintain efficient workflow, tracks project progress, and ensures that all design deliverables are met on schedule, while facilitating the team's ability to focus on creative tasks.

This role is based in our Atlanta headquarters, requires weekly in office work Tuesday-Thursday, and reports into Apparel Designer.

- Sketches on brand and trend relevant concepts under leadership supervision

- Prototyping/Fitting

- Support in updating flat sketches and color CAD’s based on meetings and fittings.
- Material Development/Design/Color –
- Support design team with color and material assets (mood boards; inspiration boards) to reflect the season
- Create and update one pagers to capture seasonal designs.
- Maintain and organize a digital and physical library of flat sketches for future reference.
We require…
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in fashion design
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator and Photoshop
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Development or Design
