The Social Media Manager will lead the strategy, content creation, and reporting for the social programs across our clients family of brands.

- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, audio and video).
- Experience managing social media brand and service campaigns to raise brand awareness.
- Create original digital content across various social media platforms including copy, imagery, audio & video.
- Plan and create relevant content that aligns with the overall business strategies.
- Track trends and conversations and find opportunities to leverage internal experts to develop relevant content & drive influencer and engagement strategies.
Essential Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to build a strong social presence for company brands
- Write compelling social media content related to products, campaigns, other collaterals
- Publish and measure the engagement of social content
- Run social media campaigns (organic & paid) to achieve specific objectives
- Collaborate within the marketing team to support multiple brands
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in a Social Media Marketing role.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Analytical and multitasking skills.
- BS degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- Photoshop and some design skills preferred.
- Photography and videography skills a plus.
- Magento e-commerce platform or other e-commerce platform usage a plus
