We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Assistant to join our Accounting + Finance team. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, high energy environment, where your skills in marketing campaigns, trade shows, content creation, creative support, and data analysis will be utilized to the fullest. Our ideal candidate is a marketing enthusiast who is eager to learn and grow, and who can bring a fresh perspective to our team.

Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for the following:

1. Assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our services and products.
2. Coordinating and participating in trade shows and other promotional events to boost brand awareness.
3. Creating engaging content for our website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials.
4. Providing creative support to the team in the design and production of marketing materials.
5. Conducting data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, and making recommendations for improvement.
6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure consistency in brand messaging.
7. Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities to help inform our marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the Accounting + Finance industry.
3. Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns, coordinating trade shows, creating content, providing creative support, and conducting data analysis.
4. Strong knowledge of marketing trends and techniques, and the ability to apply this knowledge to our industry.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for a variety of audiences.
6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret marketing data and make strategic decisions based on this information.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, as well as marketing software and tools.
8. A creative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative marketing ideas.
9. Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently.
10. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
